We like to consider ourselves a small community within a community. The Tenants at the American Industrial Center love to promote and utilize all the various services that are right here in the building. With businesses ranging from photography to pilates, from catering companies to digital film schools; garment manufacturers to chocolate confectioners, artists, motion picture capture, graphic artists, furniture store and even a winery!

Outside the buildings, tenants find a plethora of choices for transportation, eateries, entertainment, and housing.

The American Industrial Center is located just 1 mile south of AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. This thoroughly modern sports facility is designed to look like a classic, early 20th century ballpark. It is also the only major league facility in Northern California designed solely for baseball. The American Industrial Center is ideally situated in Potrero Hill, with access to numerous existing transportation options, as well as those currently planned for the near future.

By car, the complex is located on Third Street near Cesar Chavez Street, both are main arteries through the city. Freeway access to both Highways 101 and 280 are literally three minutes away. The buildings are served by three different SF Muni bus lines, the 15, 22, and the 48. Commuters from the peninsula have the choice of taking Caltrain, whose 22nd Street station is four blocks from the complex. Construction on the new Third Street Light Rail is underway, and when completed will connect Third Street to the Embarcadero, BART, and the Ferry Building.
