Located at 2325 3rd St, the North Building is a historic old factory building. Covering two and a half city blocks, it stretches from 20th to 22nd Street and is bordered by 3rd Street and Illinois Street.

Located at 2565 3rd Street, the South building is a tireless workhorse that hosts many large-scale creative (and delicious!) businesses. It covers the block from 22nd to 23rd Street and is bordered by 3rd Street and Illinois Street.

There is a parking lot at the 23rd Street end of the building.
